Completion of Drainage Work at LRWVital drainage work at the Loftus Road West and The Loft complex has now been completed. Union Avenue Rangers boss Brian Lambert says the club is expecting to have the facility repainted and ready for Belknap League action towards the end of July. The grass will probably also have to be relaid. May 31st saw the conclusion of the 2nd annual White City Cup marred by flooding problems at the venue. Three other clubs rely on the complex for its home ground, meaning over half the league's fixtures are played there. The Rangers depart for a lengthy tour of the US at the end of July so they are keen on hosting at least one meet before then.
